WIN AN IPAD OR IPAD MINI GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to entrants worldwide.
3. The competition is based on the best answer, chance plays no part in determining the winners.
4. To enter, individuals must, during the competition period, watch the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taRnKrvrrqU and enter on the official entry form at https://goo.gl/NVrDNi. Entrants must write their name, a valid email address, correctly answer the questions “On level three of Candy Crush Jelly Saga what do you have to do to complete the level?” and “In the Candy Crush Jelly Saga Cake video how many times does Ann say the word ‘candy’ or ‘candies'” and write their entry by answering the question “What candy best describes you and why?” in 25 words or less.
5. Competition commences 7:30pm on 24 June 2016 AEST. Entries close 12 midnight on 12 July 2016 AEST. The judging will take place the following day. Winners will be notified by email and published under the Candy Crush Jelly Saga recipe video on youtube and on the recipe post. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promoter has one prize of an apple 64GB wifi iPad Air 2 valued at AUD$729 . The Promoter also two prizes of an apple 64GB wi-fi iPad mini 4 valued at AUD$699 each.
7. Total prize value is AUD $2,127. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. Two weeks after the original decision has been made if any of the winners cannot be contacted, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the promoter at the same place as the original judging.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete, incorrect or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries written in the youtube comments, instagram or any place other than the official entry form will be deemed invalid.
12. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
14. The Promoter will collect personal information from the three winners in order to mail the prizes and will, for this purpose, disclose the winners information to an apple store local to the winner. The promoter will not collect personal information from Entrants under 18 years of age.
17. Entrants must not be an employee of Reardon Media Pty Ltd.
